ELS FASHION TV MARKETPLACE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION TO THE MARKETPLACE

1.1 The ELS Fashion TV Marketplace allows customers to open virtual shops to display and sell their products. The Marketplace is managed by Eden STAR Communication LLC (“ELS Fashion TV”).

1.2 All products listed by the sales affiliate partner are subject to authenticity verification by ELS Fashion TV staff before being presented for sale on the Marketplace.

2. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY VERIFICATION

2.1 ELS Fashion TV will review all listed products to ensure they meet our standards of authenticity and quality.

3. SALES ON BEHALF OF THE SALES AFFILIATE PARTNER

3.2 ELS Fashion TV will handle all transactions, customer inquiries, and shipping logistics associated with the Marketplace sales.

4. ADVERTISING COSTS AND COMMISSION FEES

4.1 The sales affiliate partner is responsible for covering the advertising costs associated with promoting their products on the Marketplace.

4.2 A commission fee of 13% will be deducted from each sale, covering ELS Fashion TV’s management and operational expenses.

5. PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT

5.1 Payments from sales will be processed by ELS Fashion TV and settled with the sales affiliate partner after deducting applicable fees, including the commission and advertising costs.

5.2 For PayPal Payments, we use a split payment system where 87% of the sale amount goes to the sales affiliate partner, and 13% goes to ELS Fashion TV. Applicable PayPal fees will be split and paid by the respective parties according to their received amounts and subject to taxation in their respective countries.

5.3 For bank wire transfer payments, ELS Fashion TV will receive the full payment from the buyers and then transfer 87% of the sale amount back to the sales affiliate partner.

6. TAX COMPLIANCE

6.1 Sales affiliate partners and ELS Fashion TV are committed to clearing all applicable taxes related to sales in their respective countries.

6.2 ELS Fashion TV is not responsible if sales affiliate partners fail to comply with their tax obligations, and the company is waived from any liability in such cases.

7. COMPLIANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY

7.1 Sales affiliate partners must ensure their products comply with all applicable laws, including regulations on counterfeit items and intellectual property.

7.2 ELS Fashion TV reserves the right to remove any products from the Marketplace that violate our policies or fail to meet our standards.
